Ann David, MD
Ann David, MD, has been practicing Urgent and Emergency medicine in Broward County for the past 20 years. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and has cared for children and adults at several hospitals and urgent care centers. She has extensive experience in all areas of urgent care including evaluation of illness and injuries, laceration repair and wound care. She has experience in managing workers compensation patients. Dr. David attended Georgetown University as an undergraduate. She is a proud graduate of the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, in Richmond, Virginia. She completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals.


Mazyar Rouhani, MD FAAEM
After completing his residency training at Vanderbilt University and Medical Center, Dr. Rouhani returned home to practice emergency medicine in South Florida. Over the last 15 years he has worked at several Emergency Departments and served as Medical Director and Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Florida.



Renee Waugh, ARNP
Renee Waugh is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her health care career in 2010 when she graduated as a Registered Nurse. Renee sought out to advance her career and enrolled in the BSN program at Nova Southeastern University while working at a Trauma I and II hospital that specializes in Cardiac care and Joint replacements. She made the decision to go on a transitional track to the Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner/MSN program. Upon graduation in 2015, Renee started to work in the Family Practice sector. In her 3 years, she excelled in outpatient community care to patients with mental and physical disabilities and high volumes of inpatient diabetic and hypertensive care. Health promotion, disease prevention and quality care are key factors in her philosophy as a healthcare provider.



Jennifer L. Curro, NP-C
Jennifer L. Curro is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner at Associates MD Urgent Care. She originally attended the University of Phoenix in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. While working full-time in the Emergency Department of a well-known and loved Hospital in Weston, Florida, she completed her Masters in Nursing with specialization in Family Practice. Her hard work and dedication paid off as she graduated with honors from both programs. Jennifer is an active member of several professional organizations including the Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County; South Florida Council of Advance Practice Nurses, Inc.; American Association of Nurse Practitioners; Emergency Nurses Association; and Sigma Theta tau, The International Honor Society of Nursing. She enjoys working collaboratively with her patients to find ways to improve their overall health. Her plans of care objectives for her patients are based on health promotion and disease prevention. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.



Lilian Carlisle, ARNP
Lilian Carlisle is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with her BSN, Summa Cum Laude and is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has worked as an ARNP for over 8 years, in which 5 were in the Emergency Department. After gaining experience as a nurse, she decided to further her career by pursuing Advanced Practice at Florida Atlantic University. This program let Ms. Carlisle expand her scope in the medical field and treat patients in a new role. Lilian enjoys caring for patients and educating them on ways they can improve their overall health. She believes patient education is very important to achieving good patient outcomes. With her experience Lilian knows that if patients understand their condition, they will feel more empowered to improve it.

Virginia Viera, PA-C
Virginia is from Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with Bachelors in communications, Summa Cum Laude. She moved to South Florida in 1997, graduated from Nova Southwestern with a masters in Public Health. Soon afterwards, she completed her certification to become a physicians assistant from Miami Dade College. Virginia lives in Coral Springs with her family. She is an avid sports fan of Miami Dolphins, Heat.
Also, still close to her family in Arizona and loyal to the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Suns.
